Warranty Description
1) Comprehensive Product Warranty means ?Repair/Replacement? of any part of the AC found defective, subject to the confirmation of the technical personnel of brand or any of its authorised service dealers or service associates, due to faulty material or workmanship. 2) Compressor Warranty means ?Repair/Replacement? associated only with compressor of the AC. 3) PCB Warranty means ?Repair/Replacement? associated only with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) of the AC. 4) You need to register your product warranty by visiting the brand website or by calling respective brand?s call centre. 5) There will not be any additional warranty until and unless purchased/mentioned on the website. 6) The brand may refuse to honour the warranty of Air conditioner if a) Improperly installed by a third party, repaired by unauthorized personnel, modified, improper usage, or due to faulty electric supply/connection, Voltage fluctuations, etc. b) Damage is caused by accident, fire or misuse. c) Original serial numbers are removed, obliterated, or altered from the air conditioner. d) In case customer arranges third-party accessories by his own.

Not covered in Warranty
1) Comprehensive Product Warranty excludes all types of air filters, all plastic and metal parts, remote handset, front grills and any external accessories. 2) Compressor/ PCB Warranty does not cover additional/ancillary costs related to gas charging, related labour and transportation charge, any parts such as condenser coil, evaporator coil, capillary, suction line, electronic parts, and other parts..
